What we collect
When you use the enquiry form or email or call us, we collect the details you choose to give: your name, company, phone number, email address and what you tell us about the job. Our website also records standard technical data through Google Analytics — pages visited, rough location, device and browser — which does not identify you by name.
Why we hold it
We use your contact details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, supply and service equipment, and stay in touch about work in progress. We use the analytics data to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is needed to do the work you have asked for — for example with the manufacturer for a warranty claim, with our associated hire operation where a job involves crane hire, or with a transport or installation contractor on your project. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Storage and security
Your information is held on business systems in Australia and with reputable service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we have a business or legal reason to.
